Here is a brief overview of what tactical ops night experiment is all about.
Listed are what we want to accomplish, rules for leadership and members and discipline for leadership and members.
What we want to accomplish with this experiment:
Tactical ops nights will be solely focused on:
Team play- fighting and moving as a group
Tactical logistics- redeploying fast, pulling requested vehicles and infantry load out with out questions
Tactical communications- comms discipline by using the comms to call out important information to the battle only. examples are enemy movement and location.
Following orders always- always follow squad or platoon leads orders without question.
Tactical plays- Leadership will be using the training departments tactical plays (2 plays an hour) and applying them on the battlefield.
Rules for leadership and members
Members are expected to:
Follow orders
Pull all requested classes and load outs (if you have it)
Pull all requested vehicles and vehicle load outs (if you have it)
Use strict comms discipline by only using the mic for important battle field information
If you have a problem with anyone please do not cause drama or yell in the PSN chats or in-game come chat to me and explain always. if you don't then you are just as guilty as the person you are complaining about and will be punished accordingly
Lastly, Have fun and kick some ass TACTICALLY!!
Leadership is expected to:
[VOID] Training Coordinator CloudiusWhite and his TCO's will squad lead and platoon lead during Tactical Ops night. TCO can platoon lead they have full tactical command on battlefield decisions during Tactical Ops night only!
Leadership is expected to make frequent announcements that this is a Tactical Ops Night event and post the squad name as Tactical Ops Night as well
Only use "2 TACTICAL PLAYS an hour" (this can be increased to more but we are starting with 2 per hour to test it)
Tactical plays should not be wasted use them wisely is my advice because you only have 2 an hour.
The training department needs to have a representative online to show commitment to this experiment and enforce the tactical plays by squad leading or platoon leading
If no training department representative is online within the 1st hour of ops night we will continue the normal ops night (We wont to swing from normal to super tactical it's either all or nothing)
This tactical ops night experiment stays on ops night Thursday and Saturday ONLY!! (do not let me see it out of its containment of ops night of server punishment will be handed down)
be respectful to all [VOID] members no need to be an asshole or belittle anyone
Training department representative should always be leading during this event until more officers are up to speed on the plays being used

Discipline for leadership and members
Members discipline for not following tactical orders:
All [VOID] Outfit normal rule and guidelines apply for demotions but beyond that, the rules for punishment for not playing tactical are below
If you fail to follow tactical ops night orders you will be removed from the squad
You may come back to the squad for a second try but if you fail to follow orders again you are not allowed back during tactical ops night. Your name will be passed to leadership at this point
If you come back a 3rd time you will be demoted and dealt with by leadership
if you disrupt the tactical ops night squad after being removed by team killing or any other type of bad behavior you will be kicked from the outfit
my advice is if you are removed from the squad then go enjoy the game as free time or the rest of the night
Leadership discipline for abusing tactical plays and being disrespectful to players:
All [VOID] Outfit normal rule and guidelines apply for demotions but beyond that, the rules for punishment for abusing tactical plays and being disrespectful to players are below
Abusing tactical plays "MORE THAN 2 AN HOUR" and being disrespectful to players will grant you an offense with punishment
All offense carries over for the entire week meaning from Sunday through Saturday. Saturday night all offenses clear except demotions
1st offense is a warning 2nd offense is demoted for 2 weeks
Once you have been demoted you don't get any more warnings it's straight to demotions
If you have a demoted 1 time your next demotion would be for 3 weeks
If you have a demoted 2 times your next demotion would be for 4 weeks
If you have a demoted 3 times your next demotion would be for 3 months
My advice is to follow these guidelines to the letter so you don't get punished for noncompliance

Better leadership and members communication on the battlefield
Increased player counts for playing tactically
Increased base captures, alert wins and map locks
