Below is a checklist that members wanting to become officers need to complete. After they would schedule a one on one evaluation with a leader rank
As a member of leadership, you want to remember...
If you nominate someone to officer rank they represent you and your ability to make good decisions
The person has to be at least rank 15 by the outfit standards but we would like to make sure they understand all areas of the outfit and game before giving them a leadership role
Spend a lot of time mentoring the officer recruit so they understand all that is expected of them
Make sure they understand the leadership metric system and how to turn in their monthly score
Members wanting to become an officer can lead squads only under the supervision of leadership ranks so they can be evaluated
[VOID] MEMBERS... Are you thinking about becoming an officer? Do you think you have what it takes to make a powerful impact on the battlefield?
Here’s a list of thing you can do to prepare yourself for this great responsibility
Always set up a defense on capture points: engineer turrets/ proximity mines and an offense around our sundies: like tank mines
Control chat so it stays focused on the fight, not a confession of the player's daily events or social hang out
Enforce the importance of fast redeployment (drop everything redeploy now attitude)… We move around a lot. So fast response times to mass redeploy orders is a key to success
Placing waypoints as close to the capture point as possible it helps troops being air dropped and sundy placements
Placing primary objectives on cap points, shield gens, SCU gens and so on so troops know what to attack
Buying rally smoke (all colors), command chat, spawn beacons, offensive/defensive reinforcements needed and understanding their uses
Making proper map choices, knowledgeable in pushing bases down lanes, knowing when to fall back from a fight u can't win and always try to look at the map every few minutes to not get back capped or warpgated
How to delegate duties so u can focus on leading ( like pull a sundy, one person stay back so we don't get back capped while taking the next base)
Understanding you are in a leadership position so always lead by example and discipline/demote players that don’t listen
Cert out Sundy with GSD so you can drive through gate shields with troops
Giving people primary and secondary attack or defend orders (infiltrator hack the vehicle terminal, place proximity/mines tank mines, watch the spawn and routes to the cap point)
Promote the use of classes that help the situation... Like I need 2 heavy, I need a few medics and so on (tell them this is what we need right now u can switch back after)
Cert out engineers Munitions pouch and mine carrier (C4, Tank/proxy mines)
Cert out medics tool and grenade bandolier to carry 4 revive grenades
Understand how to defend and attack major facilities (Tech plants, Bio labs, and Amp stations) and know their layouts aka tunnels under them for quick access to key points at the base
Knowledgeable in Tactical Ops night current plays:
Death from above
Shock and awe
Hell on wheels
C. A. T. Squads/platoons
If you believe officer rank is for you please complete all the above items then proceed to answer the questions below.
Once you have completed both lists of items, let anyone in leadership know you are interested in moving up to officer rank.
They will schedule an officer interdiction class for you to test your ability to squad lead and other things.
You can start by answering the questions below and sending leadership the answers in a PSN message letting us know you are interested in an officer position thanks
Have you been leading squads or asked to lead squads?
What experience do you have in tactics and movement on the battlefield?
What will you bring to void leadership when you become an officer
What's your PS2 in-game name?
What is your PlayStation PSN Player name?

How would you handle a void member not following the rules and guidelines of the outfit?
Give me an example of where you took the initiative and showed leadership skills above and beyond the normal squad member
