Description:
We are using Tactical Ops Night training session to train on large scale hostile take over. Rapid deployment of troops by air insertion or pulling air and armor from a previous base and assaulting all enemy spawn points on the base currently under attack.
Leadership are expected to:
You need to search for your target, select a play listed below, plan your mission and execute!!
After your first attempt at atacking/retaking your target and you fail you will NOT continue the assult at said base for a long time. move to another target and come back later so you have the element of surprise again
You will NOT be pushing bases down a lattice lane and NEVER ghost capping any bases during Tactical Ops!! (unless approval is granted becuase of no large fights or you are using Charlie sqd technique during a C. A. T PLATOON)
You WILL acquire our targets, destroy your target, redeploy fast and repeat!!
Members are expected to: (Remember these rules only apply if you are online playing PS2. it doesn't mean you need to log on and play or stop playing another game and come play)
Follow all squad and platoon leaders orders
Pull all requested classes and load outs (if you have it)
Pull all requested vehicles and vehicle load outs (if you have it)
Use strict comms discipline by only using the mic for important battlefield information
Play tactically and play to win at all time!! This isn't free time to chase directives or play the way you like playing, this is about winning at all cost
If you have a problem with anyone please do not cause drama or yell in the PSN chats or in-game come chat PLEASE come to me and explain always. if you don't then you are just as guilty as the person you are complaining about and will be punished accordingly

T.O.C (Tactical Operation Command) Tactical plays we run during Tactical Ops nights Training sessions:
1) Death from above-
The entire outfit We will air assault from a galaxy or valkyrie dropping on a base with 48-96+ enemies to securing the capture point and quickly change the tide of battle to take that base.
Infantry focused shock troopers
Infantry composition:
(Max crash galaxy drop)
2 medics
2 engineers
8 maxes
Primary objective-
Through the use of speed, the element of surprise and violence of action we will move all over the map disrupting the enemy will to fight at large fights.
2) Shock and awe-
The entire outfit will pull attack aircraft with deadly payloads and move out to a 48-96 plus base unleashing air to ground bombardment on the capture point, spawn room area and routes to the point to overwhelmingly destroy our enemies ability to fight.
Infantry composition:
1 - 12 Engineers and Light assaults
Air Composition:
Scythes
Valkyrie
Liberator
Galaxy (anti-lock on and proximity repair)
Primary Objective-
Provides close air support for friendly infantry on the objective by destroying all enemy infantry and vehicles.
Secondary objective-
The entire squad becomes infantry when vehicles lose effectiveness to push the capture points. If time allows infantry squad composition should be for a max crash.
3) Hell on wheels-
The entire outfit will pull armor vehicles and move out to a 48-96 plus base fight to cause massive destruction to all enemy sundy placements and other vehicles to overwhelmingly destroy our enemies ability to fight.
Infantry composition:
1 - 12 Engineers
Vehicle composition:
Magrider
Harasser
Lighting- (If no you have low nanites)
Flash- (If you have low nanites)
Sundy (ammo and repair)
Primary Objective-
Provides close armor support for friendly infantry on the objective by destroying all enemy infantry and vehicles.
Secondary objective-
The entire squad becomes infantry when vehicles lose effectiveness to push the capture points. If time allows infantry squad composition should be for a max crash.
4) Death by a thousand cuts-
Map control - Taking our entire platoon attacking force aka the "TIP OF THE SPEAR" and turing into a "TRIDENT" by attacking multiple bases to push lanes killing the enemy slowly and efficiently until the maps locks. (This is usually Charlie sqds single sqd role per CAT PLATOON but can be used "ONLY" when there are no big fights)
Infantry composition:
Multiple load outs dependent on battlefield needs
Primary Objective-
Pushing lanes, stopping back caps on the map and taking as many enemy bases as possible quickly and efficiently.
Secondary objective-
Any squad that is at a empty base or small enemy contact is to provide reinforcements to any other squad that becomes overrun.
5. C.A.T. platoon composition: (This is an advanced composition consisting of all the above plays in one play. T.O.C PLATOON LEADER HAS OVERALL COMMAND):
Combat Action teams mission-
All squads in the C.A.T platoon will pull designated armor vehicles, air vehicles and infantry max crash load outs by the C.A.T. squad composition list.
We will select targets at large bases to fight then move out to cause massive destruction to overwhelmingly destroy our enemies ability to fight.
Charlie squad will push bases down lanes and capture the map at the same time.
ALPHA SQUAD and BRAVO SQUAD
Infantry focused- shock troopers

Multiple load outs dependent on battlefield needs
Primary objective-
Pushing lanes, stopping back caps on the map and training new recruits in the art of war live.
If at any point CHARLIE SQUAD becomes overwhelmed (aka call out BROKEN ARROW) ALL SQUADS descend on the base and capture it... Then move back to normal operations
DELTA SQUAD
Air and Armor focused- Force multiplier steel rain
Tactical play used: Shock and awe and Hell on wheels
Infantry composition:
1 - 12 Engineers
Vehicle composition: (Slots 1-6)
Magrider
Harasser
Lighting- if no nanites
Flash- if no nanites
Sundy (ammo and repair)
Air Composition: (slots 6-12)

How to plan your mission and choose your target:
Platoon/Squad leads please be aggressive, motivate and encourage your members to kick ass and not give up but don't be an asshole!!
We are disrupting the enemy at fights not pushing lanes or ghost capping!!
When selecting a target to attack/defend always consider...
1) The enemy troops vs VS troops there plus our troops (obviously 96+vs 1-12 is lost) go where you can make a difference not get slaughtered
2) If they are attacking our base - destroy their ability to spawn by killing the enemy Sundys with armor and air from the previous base behind
3) If we attacking the enemies base - gal drop with maxes, medics, and engineers on the point. set security and defend until you own the base
4) Our goal is a quick reaction force using gorilla tactics - get in and get out never attack the same base right after you lost a fight.. move on and come back later to surprise them
5) Always be vocal telling your squad members what to do - maxes 1st engineers 2nd and medics 3rd, stay on the point area don't wander out and watch the doorways
6) platoon leaders remember to keep your squad in the AREA OF OPERATION assigned. Meaning ... alpha AO secure point. Bravo AO roam around and kill incoming enemies and charlie AO destroys armor or set them at a different entry point on the capture point building.
7) keep the voice chat clear except for battlefield information. Only ones in platoon chat are platoon lead and squad lead.
(shut down all other conversations it cuts into preparing for battle and time on target)
8 ) Again you can do all this without being an asshole... Players that don't listen warn and 2nd offense kick from the squad
